Return & Order Policy — The Gift Marche
At The Gift Marche, each hamper is thoughtfully curated and personalized with care. To maintain the quality and integrity of our gifting service, we follow the return and order guidelines below:
1. No Returns After Delivery & Acceptance
Once a hamper/basket is delivered and approved by the client at the time of handover, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
If there is any concern with the arrangement, clients must notify us within 3 hours of delivery so our team can review and assist.
2. Personalized, Custom & Food Items — Final Sale

Personalized items, engraved products, custom-made hampers, and special-order items are non-returnable and final sale.

Food items, edible goods, beauty items, and perishable contents are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety regulations.
3. Product Availability & Substitutions
Some products are seasonal or limited in stock.
The Gift Marche reserves the right to substitute any item with an equal or higher-value alternative if needed, while maintaining the overall look and value of the hamper.
4. Order Confirmation & Post-Delivery Changes
Every order is confirmed by sharing a final picture with the client before dispatch.
If after delivery the client requests changes, upgrades, or re-arrangements, we can assist; however, additional service charges will apply, as the confirmed design was already approved and delivered.
5. Bulk Orders — Payment Terms
For all bulk, corporate, or large-quantity orders:

A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the order.

The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
Production will only begin once the advance payment and design approval are received.
6. Damages & Wrong Deliveries
Please inspect your order at the time of receiving.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Communication Requirements
For personalized or custom orders, clients must provide an active email and phone number.
All confirmations, approvals, and changes will be communicated via email or text for accuracy.
8. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are processed only if approved after a damage/defect review.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
