Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Gift Marche, we do our best to prepare and dispatch your gifts as quickly as possible. Please review the following shipping timelines before placing your order, especially if your gift is required for a specific date or occasion.

Order Processing

Most gift hamper orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please note that dispatch time and delivery time are separate. Delivery timelines begin once your order has been handed over to the courier.

Same-Day Pickup

Same-day pickup is available from our Mississauga Studio, subject to product availability and order preparation time.

If your gift is required urgently, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Free Delivery within the GTA

Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery inside Ontario. Lesser than $100 will be charged $10 flat for shipping 

Estimated Shipping Timelines

Once dispatched, our standard estimated delivery timelines are:

Within Ontario: Approximately 2 business days

Outside Ontario: Approximately 4 business days

We strongly recommend allowing an additional 1 business day as a buffer, particularly when ordering for birthdays, anniversaries, festivals, or other date-specific occasions.

Courier Delays

Courier delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes, accidents, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, The Gift Marche cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or be held responsible for unforeseen courier delays.

We will, however, always do our best to assist you with tracking and any available updates regarding your shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking information will be updated and shared with you, where applicable.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information for the latest delivery updates.

Ordering for a Specific Date

If you need your gift to arrive by a specific date, please place your order well in advance and include sufficient buffer time.

If you have a particularly time-sensitive order, please contact us before placing the order so we can advise you on the available delivery or pickup options.

Marketplace Products

Marketplace products, including baskets, décor accents, gifting accessories, and more, are available for shipping across Canada and to the USA.

Shipping timelines for marketplace products may vary depending on the destination and product.
